Delivery and Returns

Free Delivery

At this time, the only delivery option for website orders on this shop is for Free Standard Delivery to most of the UK (for excluded remote areas see the product details).

For delivery to other countries, to the excluded remote areas or if you require additional delivery options such as Saturday/Next Day/Before 10am/Collect please use Kaamar.com.

Most of our Mosaic goods are 'Made to Order', custom made for you; typical dispatch and transit times are shown in the product details.

Unless your order also contains 'Made to Order' goods, goods marked 'In Stock' will be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible, as shown in the product details, however you should allow up to 30 days for delivery as per the statutory limit of The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

The delivery method for your order will be chosen by us to be appropriate for the size, weight and value of your order.

For larger/higher value products such as Mosaic Picture Art, this will typically be TNT, Yodel or other mainstream carrier, and is likely to require a delivery signature. Deliveries will typically be made between 9am and 5:30pm on a working day (Monday-Friday).

Smaller or lower value products may be sent by Royal Mail or budget carrier, and may require a delivery signature. Deliveries will typically be made between 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday (sometimes including Saturdays).

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, please Contact Us with your order details and we will try to help. You may also have a legal right to cancel as shown below:

Unless you are business customer or your order contains 'Made to Order' goods, The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 gives you the right to cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days of the date of delivery to you, for a full refund. Such notice may be given by letter or email.

You will be required to return the goods (with original packaging) at your cost within 14 days.

Returns

If the delivered goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged you should notify us in writing as soon as possible (business customers within 48 hours, consumers within 14 days).

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 14 days of delivery, we will contact you seeking agreement to make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery, or refund you up to the order value of the goods in question as appropriate.

We may require you to return the goods to us, in which case we will contact with instructions on how to return. We will reimburse the cost of the return of incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery goods on receipt of the goods and proof of postage costs.

If you wish to return goods that do not fall under the cancellation rights of The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and are not incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery, please Contact Us with your order details and we will try to help.
