Free Delivery
At this time, the only delivery option for website orders is for free Standard Delivery to most of mainland UK including remote areas, with the exception of the "Scottish Highland" postcodes: IV, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-40, PH41 sector 4, PH49-50.
Non-Standard Delivery is also available to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands - a surcharge may apply.
Surcharges for Non-Standard deliveries will be sent to you as a separate bill, after receipt of your order (your order will not proceed until any surcharge is paid).
Our Mosaic products are made to order, allow typically up to 30 days for delivery.
Other goods will be despatched as soon as reasonably possible, with delivery typically within 1 - 5 days for stock items, 5 - 10 days for out of stock items. However you should allow up to 30 days for delivery as per the statutory limit of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
The delivery method for your order will be chosen by us to be appropriate for the size, weight and value of your order, at our discretion.
Typically this will be by TNT, DHL or other mainstream carrier, and is likely to require a delivery signature. Deliveries will typically be made between 9am and 5pm on a working day (Monday-Friday).
Please Contact Us if you require additional delivery options such as Saturday/Next Day/Before 9am.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order, please Contact Us with your order details and we will try to help. You may also have a legal right to cancel as shown below:
Unless you are business customer, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 gives you the right to cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of delivery to you, for a full refund. Such notice may be given by mail, fax or email.
You have a duty under the regulations to take reasonable care of the goods in your possession. You are also required by contract to return the goods to us at your cost (within 14 days).
Some goods, by their nature, cannot be returned and are not subject to the right to cancel (this includes our Mosaic products which are made to order) - your treatment of the goods may invalidate your right to cancel.
You may be liable for additional charges should you not return the goods, or if you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods.
Returns
If the delivered goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged you should notify us in writing as soon as possible (business customers within 48 hours, consumers within 7 days).
We will (subject to availability) either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
We may require you to return the goods to us, in which case we will contact with instructions on how to return. We will reimburse the cost of the return on receipt of the goods and proof of postage costs.
If you wish to return goods that do not fall under the cancellation rights of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, and are not incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery, please Contact Us with your order details and we will try to help.
